Refund and Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund of the deposit paid is possible only if the customer cancels within 48 hours (local time of the rental) before the scheduled pick-up time. Additionally, it is possible to cancel up to 2 hours before the pick-up time (local time of the rental) and receive a full refund if the customer has subscribed to the "Cancellation Protection" fee or a similar service. In this case, the customer cannot request a refund for the fee paid to take advantage of this benefit.

Refunds will not be provided in the case of a no-show, meaning if the customer does not appear at the rental counter at the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations with refunds are not possible if the request is not made within the specified hours above. Refunds will also not be provided if the delay or no-show is caused by flight delays or general events not caused by iGetonboard srl or its partners.
